Recruitment Advisor

Due to Company growth, Emeco Group are seeking a Recruitment Advisor who is passionate about matching the right people to the right roles. With your key responsibility being attracting and sourcing candidates, you will work closely with the Hiring Managers to deliver the perfect talent for our expanding workforce across the East Coast.

About the role:

• Developing and maintaining strong candidate and internal stakeholders relationships
• Posting job advertisements on external platforms (e.g. SEEK)
• Resume screening based on skill/competence criteria
• Apply sound judgement and good decision-making skills when interview/screening candidates
• Face-to-face interviews
• Development and delivery of recruitment campaigns to meet the specific needs of hiring managers within allocated timeframes.
• Ensuring all checks, paperwork, and processes are completed smoothly for a great candidate experience.

About You:

• You will be passionate about bringing top talent into our business
• Have the ability to multi-task and prioritise under pressure
• Previous recruitment experience is essential and within Mining, Heavy Machinery or Blue Collar Industries
• You are a self-motivated individual, resilient, hard-working and you thrive on achieving results
• You are solutions focused with excellent interpersonal skills and a positive, can-do attitude.
• Ability to travel to our locations in QLD and NSW
