Our Recruitment Advisors are crucial in sourcing and hiring top talent. They work with hiring leaders to understand staffing needs, develop sourcing campaigns, and ensure a smooth candidate experience. Your recruitment expertise and ability to build strong relationships will be key to success in this role.

About the role
 

• Based in the Brisbane City Office - a short 2-minute walk from central station. 
• Primarily recruiting operations employees at our largest Australian site.
• Office-based hours, Monday to Friday.
• Permanent full-time opportunity.
• Competitive salary.
• Working alongside a team of Recruitment and People Operations professionals reporting to the People Superintendent. 

About you

• Proven experience as a recruiter in a fast-paced operational environment.
• Knowledge of the resources industry, in particular mining and maintenance, would be advantageous.
• Solid understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
• Strong time management and attention to detail is required in our agile environment.
• An ability to work independently on an assigned portfolio but also as a collaborative team member.
• Proficient in the use of SuccessFactors, would be useful, but training can be provided.

Recruitment process
