Emeco is seeking a Recruitment Advisor who is driven by connecting the right people with the right roles! In this role, your primary responsibility will be attracting and sourcing top talent, working closely with Hiring Managers to deliver exceptional candidates for our growing workforce across the West Coast.

About the role:

  • Developing and maintaining strong candidate and internal stakeholders' relationships.
  • Posting job advertisements on external platforms (e.g. SEEK).
  • Resume screening based on skill/competence criteria.
  • Apply sound judgement and good decision-making skills when interview/screening candidates.
  • Participate in face-to-face and Microsoft Teams interviews.
  • Development and delivery of recruitment campaigns to meet the specific needs of hiring managers within allocated timeframes.
  • Collaborate closely with the Mobilisation Coordinator to ensure all pre-employment checks are completed efficiently, delivering a seamless and positive candidate experience.

About You:

  • You’ll be a natural hunter, motivated by the challenge of discovering and bringing outstanding talent into our business.
  • Proven capability to juggle priorities and stay organised while managing a large portfolio of vacancies.
  • Previous recruitment experience is essential, ideally gained within the mining, heavy machinery, or blue-collar sectors.
  • You are a self-motivated and resilient professional, dedicated to excellence and driven by achieving results.
  • A solutions-driven professional with excellent people skills and a proactive, can-do mindset.
  • Ability to travel to in between our offices based in Osborne Park and Guilford.
