We're looking for a Recruitment Leader who doesn't just manage recruitment, they own it.
This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives on the challenge of filling hard-to-fill roles, building innovative sourcing strategies, and delivering outstanding results in a competitive talent market.
You'll partner directly with General Managers and operational leaders, providing trusted advice while driving a high-performing recruitment function that delivers quality hires, fast.
What you'll bring
- Proven success recruiting in challenging, high-demand markets.
- A hands-on approach; you'll happily roll up your sleeves and recruit alongside your team.
- The ability to develop and execute recruitment strategies that deliver results.
- Demonstrated commercial acumen, with experience leveraging recruitment budgets, sourcing channels, advertising investment and agency partnerships to deliver fast, cost-effective hiring outcomes.
- Demonstrated experience recruiting within the mining, heavy equipment, maintenance or industrial sectors, with the credibility to build trusted relationships and influence General Managers and operational leaders.
- A strong customer focus with a passion for service delivery and stakeholder engagement.
- Confidence influencing and partnering with senior leaders, including General Managers.
- Energy, resilience and a drive to continually improve recruitment outcomes.
