Job Responsibilities
6 Month Contract with view to Full Time
Sourcing to fill site vacancies
Interviewing prospective employees with hiring managers
Co-ordination of medicals
Administer and maintain candidate records and status using SuccessFactors
Ensure all relevant documents are submitted efficiently and accurately on time for processing
Coordination of inductions as required
Conducting reference checks
Coordination and submission of site clearance forms
Coordinate flight and accommodation arrangements for employees mobilising to site
Create employee files with Offer of Employment Checklist in accordance with company procedure
Regular site communication to develop rapport with site personnel and gain knowledge of site conditions in order to provide essential information to prospective employees
