Refrigeration Technician Experienced

Work Location: Iron Bridge - Fortescue’s Iron Bridge project is located on the traditional lands of the Nyamal people.

Roster: 8D6R7N7R -  FIFO ex Perth

As a valued member of the Electrical Maintenance team you will carry out all maintenance, servicing and repair work of HVAC, AC units, refrigeration and industrial chiller systems within the Ore Processing Facility. 

 Key accountabilities will include:

• Safely carry out planned and breakdown repairs on A/C, industrial chiller and refrigeration systems and equipment
• Conduct thorough risk assessments prior to undertaking tasks
• Comply with company procedures, policies and lifesaving choices at all times
• Report all hazards and incidents within the workplace

Qualifications and skills required:

• Relevant qualification alongside experience in a Fixed Plant environment with sound knowledge of industrial chiller systems
• Communication & interpersonal skills; including report writing skills
• Demonstrated experience working across a wide range of refrigeration disciplines
• Experience with interpreting technical manuals/plans/schematics
