We are looking for a Release Train Engineer/Chief Scrum Master to play a key role in achieving our transformation goals and strategic objectives. This is a great opportunity for a proven leader to utilise their extensive experience in Agile methodologies including SAFe to deliver high value business outcomes.

Reporting to the Manager Portfolio Delivery – Group Finance & Commercial and working in a collaborative community, within our PMO, you will;
- Manage and optimize the flow of value through the ART using various tools, such as Azure DevOps and the Program Kanban and other information radiators
- Establish and communicate the annual calendars for Iterations and Program Increments (PIs)
- Facilitate PI Planning readiness ensuring that Vision, Roadmaps and Backlogs are created and maintained though Pre- and Post-PI Planning events
- Summarize Team PI Objectives into Program PI Objectives and publish them for visibility and transparency.
- Assist in tracking the execution of features and capabilities throughout the PI
- Facilitate all ART recurring events.
- Assist with economic decision-making by facilitating feature and capability estimation by teams and the roll-up to Epics.
- Coach leaders, teams, and Scrum Masters in Lean-Agile practices and mindsets
What you’ll bring
- A commitment to the safety of yourself and your team
- Extensive experience in Agile delivery as a Senior Scrum Master, Iteration Manager, Delivery Lead or RTE.
- SAFe Certification (mandatory).
- Have extensive theoretical and practical experience utilizing various Agile Methodologies including SAFe, Scrum and Kanban.
- Preferrable experience in a role support an enterprise finance business function
- Have strong verbal, communication, and facilitation skills.
- Energetic, can-do attitude and experience delivering desirable outcomes in fast pace and complex environments.
- Display a growth mindset, passion for learning, collaborating with others and sharing knowledge
