Reliability Engineer - Pumps

The Opportunity - Worsley Refinery - Collie - Permanent role

The purpose of this role is to develop, deploy, and continuously improve maintenance work management strategies for rotating equipment. Ensure the effectiveness of work strategies and work plans, and statutory and legislative requirements. Provide organisational governance in the application of 1SAP processes and promote understanding and compliance to 1SAP principles.

Accountabilities  

Primary responsibilities are to: 

•    Deliver defect elimination and improvement projects
•    Proactively build, develop and optimise equipment maintenance strategies
•    Provide input into the maintenance budget
•    Perform equipment failure analysis
•    Support the maintenance team in maintaining the plant to a high standard
•    Promote a culture of continuous improvement

About You  

•    Tertiary Qualifications in Mechanical Engineering 
•    Reliability Engineering experience
•    Previous experience with Rotating Equipment highly regarded
•    Experience in utilising SAP will be an advantage
