Reliability Manager - Underground Maintenance

It’s an exciting time to join the Underground Maintenance Leadership Team at Macmahon with significant, sustainable growth planned for the underground division.
As Reliability Manager - Underground, you will lead the reliability and machine performance data collection to actively develop, manage and update the divisional maintenance performance data including root cause failure analysis, reliability trends and formulation of response plans.
Reporting to the Manager – Underground Maintenance, you will be required to continuously review and improve the response plans based on operational performance, equipment health and reliability to ensure equipment is achieving the optimum availability and best in industry performance metrics including total operating costs.
About you
- Engineering degree, mechanical trade certificate or asset management qualification/s
- Minimum 10 years mining industry experience
- Significant U/G equipment experience is HIGHLY DESIRABLE
- Minimum 4 years supervisory experience
- Competent with Microsoft Office and familiar with ERPs such as Mainpac and SAP
- Experience in managing and coordinating teams
- Experience in setting tasks, allocating resources, and schedules to meet work plan
- Experience in maintenance planning and reliability analysis
- Experience in writing reports, carrying out analysis and putting together justifications
- Skilled communicator who demonstrates capability to influence change
