Job Tasks and Responsibilities
This role will be responsible for managing the Yancoal Remuneration and Benefits Framework for Executives, Senior Leaders and Group Employees within the Yancoal Group. The remuneration framework encompasses Fixed Remuneration, Short-Term Incentive Plan, Long-Term Incentive Plan, Employee Share Schemes and other remuneration and benefits designed to meet individual and organisational needs. This position will also be responsible for ensuring that Yancoal’s remuneration framework is aligned with relevant regulatory frameworks, market data and best market practices, taking into account aspects like gender equity and diversity to effectively attract, retain, motivate and reward internal and external talent through our Employee Value Proposition Model.
With an experienced HR Data Analyst reporting directly to you, this role will give you the scope to discover key trends and insights on how we should be best rewarding our people.
Skills and Experience
• Experience developing, managing and implementing complex Remuneration frameworks • Understanding of remuneration components, practices, legislation & compliance. • Analytical, numerical modelling and problem solving skills. • An ability to develop client relationships particularly dealing with stakeholders across different geographies and levels.
