Deliver SailPoint-related work packages in strategic IAM and compliance initiatives, ensuring technical quality, audit readiness, and policy alignment.
Act as the primary knowledge holder for SailPoint engineering history, decisions, and rationale; facilitate knowledge transfer to IAM and BAU teams.
Provide targeted coaching and knowledge sharing to strengthen the IGA capabilities of junior IAM engineers and BAU staff.
