Macmahon has an exciting opportunity for an SAP Master Data Administrator to join the Plant and Maintenance team in Perth. Reporting to the Planning Supervisor, this purpose of this role is responsible for ensuring the support of the Central Planning/Master Data functions by executing master data project work as required, including auditing of data accuracy and consistency.
The Perth office is strategically located at the Airport (T1/T2) and boasts an impressive staff gym with personal and group training, free secure undercover parking, and electric vehicle charging stations.
The role
- Support & execute CMMS master data related projects
- Provide technical support and training to other business members as a subject matter expert in ERP programs and the supporting systems
- Support the processing of component change outs, approvals and the supporting purchase order requisitions
- Support the raising, action, manage tickets in the Central Planning Help Desk portal
- Review the effectiveness of the maintenance system for continuous improvement
- Support development bill of materials lists for SAP HANA S4 maintenance
- Audit master data for accuracy, consistency & compliance to governance documentation
Qualifications & Experience - essential
- 1-5 years' similar experience in a mining or maintenance environment
- Demonstrated experience with various Computerised Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
- Advanced interpersonal and communication skills
- Intermediate skills of MS Project, Excel, Outlook, and Word
- High level attention to detail
- Highly skilled in managing work priorities
Qualifications & Experience - ideal
- Ability to work within multiple ERP programs frequently at the same time, including transferring data between the systems
- SAP HANA S4 experience
- Exposure to managing large data sets
- Project management exposure
- Coaching and mentoring experience
- Strong technical understanding of maintenance processes and preventive maintenance techniques
- Direct experience with heavy mobile equipment maintenance
