About the Role:
The Contract Supervisor will be based onsite at Saraji Mine within the Contracts Department. The role is responsible for the application of the Contractor Management Framework for contract partners engaged to perform work on site. The Contract Supervisor will be allocated a number of contract partner categories, and will be the exclusive advocate of CMF compliance for contracted services that fall within those assigned categories.
Key responsibilities include:
• Advise internal stakeholders on suitable course of action with regards to sourcing, engagement and performance management of contract partners • Facilitate Contract / Vendor Owner infield audits • Support Contract / Vendor Owners in the execution of their duties as outlined in the Contractor Management Framework • Fulfil the duties and obligations of a Contract / Vendor Owner as outlined in the Contractor Management Framework • Support Contract / Vendor Owners in the execution of their duties as outlined in the Contractor Management Framework • Monitor, verify, review and test on boarded contract partners from compliance • Develop, complete, audit and maintain work scopes, risk assessments and CMS checklist / SCS documentation in collaboration with stakeholders

• High in field presents completing verifications, audits and reviews of Contractors / Vendors onsite • Ensuring Site SHMS is being followed • Identifying gaps in compliance to site standards • Recording of interactions with Contracts systematically • Following up on gaps identified in previous verifications, audits and reviews to ensure actions are being completed by Contractors / Vendors
