About the role

We are looking for Weekly Scheduler to help us excel at safely maintaining our mobile equipment assets through effective preparation and delivery of maintenance schedules.
This is a unique development opportunity to manage key stakeholder relationships and gain exposure to all facets of maintenance scheduling within Hope Downs Asset Management.
Reporting to the Senior Planner and working in a dynamic and exciting environment you will be responsible for:
- Producing weekly maintenance schedules for mobile equipment maintainers to execute
- Prioritising maintenance with planning, supervision, and condition monitoring teams
- Reviewing resources available to complete required work and adjusting schedule accordingly
- Facilitating weekly schedule review meeting to measure success and identify future opportunities
- Constantly refining maintenance schedule workflows to achieve optimum safety and efficiency
- Ensuring work management processes are followed and adhered to
What you’ll bring
- A commitment to the safety of yourself and your team
- Skills relating to maintenance planning or scheduling
- Previous exposure to MS Project and building Gantt charts
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office including Excel
- A current Australian driver's license (manual)
- Ability to prioritise work
- Can do attitude with problem solving skills, logical thinking and sound decision making
- Communication and presentation skills
