Divisional Secretary - Maintenance Planning and Engineering

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Divisional Secretary to join a vibrant, inclusive, and collaborative Maintenace Planning and Engineering (MP&E) team. In this role you will provide administrative support for the General Manager in addition to the broader management team.

  • High level of efficient secretarial support for the General Manager, and other team members through:
    • Calendar management
    • Travel arrangements
    • Credit card reconciliations
    • Meeting preparation and action taking
    • Presentation support
  • Stakeholder engagement with internal and external business partners
  • Communication support across the MP&E business unit (GM)
  • Co-ordinate MP&E events such as service awards

What you will bring

  • A commitment to the safety of yourself and your team
  • Experience providing administrative support up to an executive level
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to problem solve, prioritise, multi-task and have a flexible working approach
  • Advanced MS office skills including MS Outlook, Word and MS PowerPoint
  • Strong computer literacy with the ability to quickly learn new systems and application
  • Previous experience in mining will be advantageous
  • Certificate in business administration or similar whilst not essential, will be well-regarded
