Reporting to the Head of Finance, you will be responsible for supporting the strategic and operational management of financial management systems and processes used across Contract Mining division.

Prime Job Function:

• Provide a consultancy service to internal stakeholders on accounting systems, and operations assisting Head of Finance maintaining the quality and integrity of system- service delivery to Contract Mining division.
• Monitor service performance, ensuring continual improvement and delivery.
• Contribute to evaluating, maintaining, and developing financial systems utilised across Contract mining.
• Project and Program management or support for new financial and reporting projects affecting Contract Mining.
• Develop and update processes, workflows, and proof of concepts for Systems to the benefit of Contract Mining.
• Collaboratively engage with operations, maintenance, and finance to highlight areas of underperformance and provide analysis support to identify the root cause(s).
• Develop and work to improve the ERP including upgrade or transition projects.

Qualifications/Experience:

• Accounting and finance background combined with a business degree and equivalent 5 years work experience.
• Minimum of 5 years in a leadership role, or similar.
• Recognised development and mentoring skills.
• Strong technical experience to support users, security maintenance, upgrade management and testing.
• Pronto Xi and any other ERP systems knowledge with the ability to provide strong conceptual, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong knowledge on BI reporting systems, e.g., TM1, SharePoint, BI tools (MS Power BI and Qlikview).
• Proven ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to deliver successful outcomes.
• Highly developed written and verbal communication skills.
