Proven experience in project managing digital learning or training delivery within a large transformation program
Hands-on experience with SAP Enable Now and WalkMe (implementation and application, not just exposure)

Be recognised for your contribution, your thinking and your hard work
A work environment where safety is always the number one priority
Competitive base salary with annual incentive program
Comprehensive medical benefits including subsidised private health insurance
Attractive share ownership plan
Career development & education assistance
Flexible working arrangements
Be part of Rio Tinto’s global Modern ERP transformation, contributing directly to one of the organisation’s most significant multi‑year programs
