About the role
We are looking for x2 Project Manager's to ensure the successful planning, execution, monitoring, and completion of projects and outcomes within scope, time and budget constraints.
This is a great opportunity for an exceptional project manager to ensure that all project activities are executed in line with industry best practices and organisational standards while managing risks and resolving any issues that may arise.

What you’ll be doing
Support delivery across multiple ERP workstreams, adapting to changing program priorities
Plan and coordinate project activities across delivery phases from initiation through execution
Manage and track risks, issues, dependencies and milestones across your assigned scope
Contribute to developing and maintaining integrated delivery plans across teams
Monitor progress and provide clear reporting on delivery performance and status
Partner with stakeholders to ensure alignment on priorities, deliverables and outcomes
Support resource coordination and help ensure delivery teams are set up for success
Apply consistent delivery practices to ensure outcomes are delivered on time and to program standards
What you’ll bring
Proven experience in project or delivery management within large complex programs particularly within SAP transformation programs
Strong capability in planning, tracking and managing delivery across multiple priorities
Experience managing risks, dependencies and stakeholder expectations in dynamic environments
Ability to operate as a generalist delivery resource rather than a single domain specialist
Confidence working in ERP or large-scale transformation programs
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and influence across teams
A structured approach with strong attention to detail balanced with flexibility and adaptability
Comfort operating in an environment where scope, priorities and deliverables evolve over time

You’ll join the Modern ERP Program — a multi‑disciplinary team bringing together technology, process, data and change specialists to reshape how work happens across Rio Tinto. We’re modernising a 20‑year‑old ERP system and redesigning core business processes to improve safety, efficiency and ignite innovation.
This work supports our people across global operations to spend less time on transactional tasks and more time on work that really matters. By simplifying and digitising how the organisation runs, the Modern ERP Program is creating the foundation for future productivity gains, smarter decision‑making and AI‑enabled transformation.
