About the role
As part of the strategic business plan, we are seeking to recruit several Senior Advisor Change Management roles within the Operational Excellence Team in our Iron Ore product group.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and people oriented individual to drive change management activities specific to people, process and system projects/programs of work across the Pilbara Mine Operations.
Reporting to the Principal Change Management, and working in a collaborative and supportive environment, you will;
- Lead change planning to assess change complexity, change impact to define the scope and change and communications approach
- Assess change preparedness by looking at the impact of change and developing mitigating strategies
- Support the delivery and sustaining effect of changes throughout our business, adjusting where required
- Partner with program teams e.g., SPS Deployment to guide and coach our teams through the change management process
- Leads lessons learnt and deliver pulse checks for in-flight and implemented projects, sharing insights across the PMO and the broader change network
- Develop and maintain highly effective relationships with business stakeholders to ensure the successful embedment of improvement projects through change management approaches

- Highly effective leadership, organisational, time management and analytical skills

- Experience in change management methodologies will be viewed favourably
- Proven communication skills with demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate and manage stakeholder relationships within a large complex organisation

- Demonstrated curiosity and drive for thinking differently, with an ability to identify and effectively navigate obstacles or roadblocks and respectfully challenge whist remaining empathetic and patient

Where you’ll be working
Perth based but with a working focus on supporting operations in the Pilbara region of Western Australia.
In the Pilbara region of Western Australia, we own an integrated portfolio of iron ore assets supported by functional teams in the Perth hub: a world-class, integrated network of 16 mines, four independent port terminals, a 1,700-kilometre rail network and related infrastructure – all designed to respond rapidly to changes in demand.
This role will require regular travel to the Pilbara operations.
