About the role

We are looking for a number of Senior Advisor CSP Studies to advise, implement and deliver key CSP initiatives, systems and programs. Reporting to the Lead Engagement Delivery you will be responsible for:
- Operate as a single point of contact for nominated Studies within a region, coordinating inputs from relevant CSP SME’s
- Plan, schedule and deliver relevant technical CSP inputs necessary to support approvals and studies in a timely and appropriate manner, including: social surround surveys, social impact assessments and social economic baseline analysis
- Work collaboratively with Senior Heritage Advisor to align on plans and schedules for completing heritage surveys, cultural value mapping and cultural heritage management plans.
- Lead provision of technical advice to the business (Technical Services, Operations, Approvals, Studies, Resource Development and RTX) on CSP requirements, facilitating advice and delivery of schedules from CSP and TOP teams (e.g. Heritage and Heritage Approvals) as required.
- Manage CSP risk profile of Studies hub, ensuring appropriate management plans are in place to minimise impact of business activities on community stakeholders
- Ensure all information on respective Studies Hub activities is communicated in a timely manner to relevant CSP SME’s and Traditional Owner Partnership leadership
- Lead, coordinate and deliver strategic projects that deliver improved outcomes across regions
- Lead CSP LoM interactions, including; resource evaluation; mine planning and closure
- Provide coaching and leadership to CSP Studies Specialists (as required)
What you’ll bring
To be successfully considered for this role, you will have:
- A commitment to the safety of yourself and your team
- Significant experience in CSP or Cultural Heritage Management or a relevant related field.
- Experience in Stakeholder Engagement internally and externally with Traditional Owner and/or Indigenous groups
- Strong Project Management skills
- Tertiary qualified in a relevant degree preferred but not essential

Where you’ll be working
This role will be based in Perth, Western Australia with site travel as required. May also consider Dampier based role depending on current location.
