About the role
We are seeking an experienced and strategic-minded professional to join our dynamic team as a Senior Advisor Integrated Workforce Planning. The ideal candidate will bring extensive expertise in workforce planning, coupled with strong analytical capabilities. In this role, you will play a crucial part in shaping the organization's workforce strategy, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and fostering a proactive approach to skill & talent management.
Responsibilities:
Workforce of the Future:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive strategic workforce plan aligned and integrated with organizational goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand business priorities, identify talent gaps, and proactively address workforce challenges in both the short and long term labour planning processes.
Quarterly and Annual Planning Processes
- Develop, implement, and maintain key quarterly and annual workforce planning processes.
- Partner with Finance and broader teams to continually improve current workforce planning processes.
Data Analysis and Insights:
- Utilise advanced analytical tools and methodologies to analyse workforce trends, demographics, and performance metrics.
- Translate data into actionable insights to inform workforce decisions, succession planning, and talent development strategies.
Scenario Planning:
- Conduct scenario planning exercises to anticipate future workforce needs and challenges.
- Provide recommendations and solutions to mitigate potential risks and capitalize on emerging opportunities.
Talent Forecasting:
- Lead efforts to forecast talent needs based on business growth, market dynamics, and industry trends.
- Collaborate with HR partners to develop strategies for attracting, retaining, and developing key talent in line with integrated planning outcomes.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Partner with HR, business leaders, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment of workforce planning initiatives with overall business strategies.
- Communicate workforce insights and recommendations effectively to drive informed decision-making at all levels of the organization.
Technology Utilization:
- Stay abreast of technological advancements and leverage tools to enhance workforce planning processes and broader people analytical capabilities.
- Help to upskill the broader people community in analytical capabilities.
What you will bring
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Analytics, or a related field.
- Recognised experience in workforce planning, talent management, or a related field.
- Proven track record of utilizing advanced analytics to drive business decisions.
- Strong understanding of HR metrics, data visualization, and predictive modelling.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex data-driven insights in a clear and compelling manner.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate across functional areas and influence decision-makers at various organizational levels.
