About the role

We are looking for a Senior Advisor to manage the Bao-HI joint venture relationship.
Reporting to the Manager Joint Venture & Production and working in a diverse team within the Finance stream, you will:
- Overall management of the JV relationships
- Implementation of new joint venture arrangements
- Central contact between Rio Tinto and JV Partners
- Ensure compliance with JV obligations
- Prepare/review monthly reporting
- Preparation of reports and presentations for JV Board Meetings
- Prepare annual JV Operating and Capital budgets, ensure consistency with the broader RTIO budgets
- Coordination of JV audits
- Continuous process improvement
- Work collaboratively with various Rio Tinto departments across multiple disciplines to promote and support objectives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Joint Venture participants to ensure matters are addressed and resolved in a timely manner
What you’ll bring

- Bachelor Degree or relevant tertiary qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in Finance or related area
- Ability to inspire collaboration and alignment
- Highly effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- The ability to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Exceptional organisation skills with a high level of accuracy
