We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Advisor Risk & Assurance to join our leading Iron Ore HSEC team. This is an excellent opportunity to improve risk management across our business. Effectively managing risks is fundamental to maximising the value of our business and delivering our strategy to become the most valued resource business.
Reporting to the Manager Risk & Assurance and working alongside a collaborative and diverse team, you will:
Support delivery of specific risk and assurance programs and projects
Facilitate risk assessments and reviews for ESG risks
Enable development of an accurate ESG risk profile, ensuring risks are clearly articulated and aligned with Standards requirements
Provide coaching and support to enhance quality of material risk data
Ensure ongoing compliance with related Standards and regulations
Generate reports on performance against risk and assurance requirements
Support risk and assurance capability development across the Function
Support with data collation, ensuring a high-level of data integrity
Provide risk and assurance system and reporting support
Build relationships with internal core stakeholders

Where you’ll be working
This role will be offered at full-time capacity and be based at our Perth Central Park office, nestled in the cities CBD. Ad hoc site travel will be expected for this role.
