We are looking for a Senior Analyst (Planning) to support the Financial Planning & Reporting team and the organisation through our key planning cycles.
This role is a great opportunity for an energetic and performance driven individual who is keen to work in a technologically advanced, energy-efficient and cost competitive organisation. Reporting to the Financial Planning & Reporting Manager, operating from Perth Central Park, you will be required to:
Lead and coordinate the delivery of the long-term business planning process thorough engagement with stakeholders across the organisation
Manage the business planning on an annual basis, both strategically and operationally
Communicate effectively across a wide range of stakeholders to enable co-ordinated and timely delivery of key milestones
Develop metrics and narratives that will inform and provide strategic direction to enable optimal business outcomes
Act as the custodian/owner to improve and maintain the planning process for enhanced accuracy and efficiency
What you’ll bring
A tertiary qualification which includes Finance or Accounting as major subjects (CPA, CA, CIMA, MBA), or equivalent
A demonstrated understanding of business planning processes, analysis and communication skills that will enable you to add value through recommending new ideas and process improvements
Ability to engage, influence and form productive relationships spanning several layers in the organisation
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Strong MS Excel, MS Word and PowerPoint presentation skills to enable communication
Ability to meet competing deadlines
Excellent attention to detail

Where you’ll be working
This role is based in Perth, at our head office in Central Park, and working Monday to Friday, with working from home flexibility available.
