We are looking for a SeniorAnalyst – People Planning & Analytics to help shape and continuously improve the Iron Ore people planning, reporting and analytics in our business.
Reporting to the Manager – People Planning and Analytics, this is a great opportunity to draw on your business knowledge, analytical experience and your creative ability to think beyond immediate business requirements.
You will provide timely people analytics, insights and recommendations to the broader HR community as well as senior leaders within our Iron Ore business. You will leverage your skills in your team and the broader business to improve the way people data is used and presented for efficient and replicable reporting and usability for our business leaders. You will have the opportunity to shape the HR data and reporting landscape as we move strategically into a business orientated, performance driven HR model.
You will also have an integral role in workforce planning; both strategically and tactically. You will leverage your stakeholder management abilities and #findbetterways to deliver positive business outcomes for our customers.
What you’ll bring
- A passion for planning, analytics and improving the way data is presented;

- Ability to engage internally to identify risks, opportunities and best practices which can be considered within RTIO;
- A commitment to the safety of yourself and your team mates;
- The ability to build a narrative around market/business context, insights gained from data and recommendations for senior leaders;
- A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Engineering or a Business/Analytical related discipline
