Senior Analyst - Reward

Job Responsibilities

Through strong collaboration with key stakeholders, you will be involved in the development and implementation of new initiatives in reward.  Your expertise in data analytics, and your can do attitude to solve complex problems, will be valuable in creating innovative solutions.  As an experienced Senior Reward Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in managing the remuneration and benefits framework, preparing survey submissions, analysing market data for valuable insights, coordinating the job classification framework, as well as coordinating the end of year salary review process.

About the role
 

• Based at Head Office, near Perth Airport, on the traditional lands of the Whadjuk people.
• Full time office-based hours, Monday to Friday.

About you
 

• Proven experience as a Senior Reward Analyst in a similar role within the Resources Sector or a comparative industry.
• Experience in managing complex reward frameworks, a must. 
• Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal, collaboration and engagement skills with the ability to build and maintain effective stakeholder relationships.
• Highly organised and ability to manage competing priorities.
• Highly motivated with a proven ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve value add solutions.
