Senior Application Support Specialist

As a Senior Application Support Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation and integration of our business applications. You’ll be at the forefront of providing advanced technical support, troubleshooting complex issues, and maintaining our critical enterprise business systems. Your expertise in SQL databases and application integration will be essential in driving system upgrades and enhancements.

What you’ll do:

• Be the go-to expert for business applications support and in-depth troubleshooting.
• Utilize your advanced troubleshooting and stakeholder management skills to manage and resolve intricate issues.
• Configure and support our business application systems. ERP, HR, CRM, CMMS etc.
• Seamlessly integrate and maintain integrations across various business applications to ensure smooth operations.
• Lead and manage new business application system installations, and existing upgrades and enhancements.

What you’ll bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering or related field
• 4+ years experience in a business applications support role
• Advanced proficiency in SQL databases
• Extensive experience with ERP configuration and support
• Demonstrable experience in application integration
• A genuine interest in learning new technology and solving complex problems
