About the Role
We are currently seeking Expressions of Interest for the role of Senior Area Coordinator Electrical – South Yard Maintenance NP
Your responsibilities will include:
- An overriding commitment to health, safety and environmental responsibilities
- Asset ownership of SY electrical reliability and availability metrics
- Inform and lead Shutdown priority and scope
- Problem solve weekly breakdown and performance issues through leading RCA
- Work with and Liaise with MECoE to develop and review weekly electrical works
- Drive an inclusive and diverse culture
- Build relationships across functions\departments to achieve positive business outcomes.
- Identify, report and rectify hazards
- Manage and coach work groups on quality execution
- Strong commitment to the field leadership program and coach field leadership activities
- Support the health and wellbeing of team members
About You
As the successful applicant you will possesses the following:
- Strong safety leadership skills and history of field leadership participation
- 2yrs Production or maintenance background at FI and NP (desirable).
- Be process driven
- Experienced in 1SAP work management
- Ability to work autonomously to meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Exceptional risk management skills
- An energetic and enthusiastic approach to work, with a drive to develop and learn
- Ability to problem solve and react to unplanned situations
Licenses and Appointments:
- Electrical trade qualification or Electrical Engineering degree required
- Current unrestricted West Australian ‘C’ class license
- MSIA Section 44 Appointment
To be successful in this role you will be an effective and collaborative communicator with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Strong interpersonal skills are essential, allowing you to influence while also enabling you to build relationships across departments.
