About the Role
Nickel West currently have an exciting opportunity for an Asset Integrity Specialist to join their Governance Team based in Perth.
In this role your responsibilities will include:
- Lead the establishment, embedment, and governance of the Asset Integrity Management System for the NIW Asset.
- Be the point of contact for engineering technical support for the Asset Integrity team.
- Laise with the Principal Engineers to create, implement, review and maintain the Asset Integrity set of documents.
- Work with peers from the operations and maintenance departments to resolve asset Integrity issues to deliver optimal plant performance.
- Report on data resulting from defect identification, prioritisation and remediation through various software applications including 1SAP and SAI360
- Encourage and promote continuous improvement by constantly looking for opportunities to improve work practices and procedures
- Identify and implement opportunities to improve productivity, efficiency and cost effectiveness
- Monitor compliance, report and track governance of Asset Integrity
- Validate the Assets Business Critical Equipment and Infrastructure
- Review and approve external tender scopes of work relating to Asset Integrity related projects.
- Oversee external contractors executing works relating to Asset Integrity
About You

As part of the Asset Integrity Management System team, the following attributes will be key to your success:
- Technical experience in the lifecycle of Integrity Management is essential with a proven track record for delivering results
- Demonstrated capabilities in effectively engaging with various levels and across Operations, Departments and Functions
- Strong organising and problem solving capabilities
- Well-developed communication skills and an ability to work with various stakeholders
- Strong MS Office skills
