About the Role
We have an opportunity for you to join our Production Team at Mount Arthur Coal in Muswellbrook, working a Monday to Friday roster.
We are recruiting a Senior Equipment Monitoring Coordinator (EMC) reporting to the Haulage Superintendent as an integral member of the Production team, the primary purpose of this role is to:
- Maintain the Modular Mining MineCare system to enable the team to proactively monitor the performance of the Haulage Fleet to ensure faults are identified and actioned in a timely fashion
- Analyse asset health data in order to make informed decisions that prevent unplanned machine downtime and monitor operations for reliability practices
- Proactively communicate with a range of stakeholders to influence and guide maintenance supervisors and breakdown crews in a time constrained environment
- Work collaboratively with the Production and Maintenance Team to ensure safe and efficient outcomes for the Business
About You
You will have a Mechanical or Electrical trade background or Engineering degree with experience in the mining industry.
Experience in Modular Mining MineCare is essential. Be able to demonstrate a commitment to HSEC ensuring work is performed in a safe, legal and efficient manner whilst improving outcomes.
You will also possess the following:
- Digital fluency and have an ability to use technology and understand systems such as SAP, VIMS, Litronics, Modular and MineCare
- A strong communicator who is able to challenge external stakeholders when required, and influence others to achieve desired outcomes
- A demonstrated understanding of safety systems and risk management profiles in the Mining and Minerals industry
- A sound technical background with a proven ability to scope and assess work
- A quick learner with the ability to step up and lead change
- Minimum C class Driver’s Licence
