Senior Fortescue People Advisor/Senior HR Advisor

Work Location: Various

Roster: Monday to Friday (Perth) and 4D/3R – FIFO ex Perth (site)

We currently have both site and Perth based vacancies for experienced individuals to join our Fortescue People teams.

Key accountabilities will include:

• Work closely with leadership teams to ensure the effective implementation and management of Fortescue People policies, practices, procedures that provide an optimal working environment and promote Fortescue’s culture and values.
• Provide high level coach/mentoring to leaders and the workforce.
• Ability to conduct large volume workplace investigations, including the facilitation of conciliations with the Fair Work Commission.
• Support leaders with organisational reviews as required.
• Drive regular Fortescue People initiatives, in line with agreed timelines.
• Initiate, manage and contribute to major Fortescue People reports, projects, committees, reviews and/or continuous improvement activities.
• Support and facilitate leadership development training.

 Qualifications and skills required:

• Tertiary qualification in human resources, employee relations or a related field
• Experience in a similar role
• SuccessFactors would be highly advantageous
• Strong knowledge of ER/IR matters including workplace investigations
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
