The Role:

  • Be the hero for our Service Desk team, tackling tech queries like a pro.
  • Make end-users' dreams come true by delivering lightning-fast solutions.
  • Take charge as the tech maestro for site offices - you're the star!
  • Spice up the interface between users, systems, and applications - tech magic at its finest.
  • Team up with Operations to bring in fresh ideas and process improvements.
  • Keep things spicy by updating docs and policies - no room for boredom!
  • Be the tech lifesaver with enough hardware stock for those "Oops, it broke" moments.
  • Manage the CMDB like a boss - because organization is key.
  • Dive into cool ad-hoc projects - new project sites, office setups, and more tech adventures await!
  • Regular Site Visits as required

Your Credentials:

  • Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or Software Engineering (or working towards it)
  • Flexing those tech muscles with relevant industry certifications e.g Microsoft, VMWare, Itil Ect.

Tech Skills to Impress:

  • 3+ years in the front-line tech scene - you're no rookie.
  • Proactive vibes for upgrading processes - we love innovators!
  • ITIL is your jam, and you know how to make it work in the Emeco world.
  • Ace at process management and problem-solving - you're the tech Sherlock.
  • Thrive in a dynamic, high-pressure scene - bring it on!
  • Tech ninja skills with MS Active Directory, MS Operating Systems, MS SCCM, MS Intune, MS Entra
  • Bonus points if you've already worked in the mining/resources scene
