We are looking for a Senior Manager Talent. This person is a highly skilled and innovative Talent Professional with extensive experience in design and implementation of talent assessment and development frameworks and approaches.  Future focused bringing external experience and expertise the successful candidate will have proven experience in leading major design projects, engaging stakeholders to deliver impact at a group level.

Responsibilities:

  • Bring external expertise and insight to inform the design of future talent practices delivering the talent and capabilities required to drive future business success.
  • Design and develop comprehensive talent management frameworks to identify, assess, and develop talent across the organization supporting the development of strong and diverse pipelines for critical roles.
  • Support the delivery of the Group level cycle of talent practices
  • Drive the implementation of new talent frameworks and practices across the business reflecting the diverse needs of the Product Groups and Functions
  • Change Management: Lead change management efforts related to talent management initiatives, ensuring effective adoption of new processes and programs

What you’ll bring:

  • External insight and best practice knowledge of talent identification and development in an  evolving context, with new and different business requirements and changing employee expectations.
  • Experience in setting up and driving change indirectly 
  • Applied knowledge of project management and business improvement practices 
  • The resilience to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing global environment 
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, written and verbal, with an ability to build lasting relationships and partnerships with internal and external stakeholders 
  • Energy and enthusiasm with a passion for making a difference through managing Talent
