The Nitty Gritty
Reporting to the Processing Superintendent you will be working closely with key stakeholders to optimise processing plant performance, maximise recovery and throughput, and drive continuous improvement in safety, operational efficiency and cost effectiveness.
What you Bring:
- Tertiary qualification in Extractive Metallurgy, Process Engineering, Chemical Engineering or related discipline at bachelor or higher level
- Minimum of seven (7) years’ experience in Metalliferous processing
- Supervisory experience within technical and operational environments
- Demonstrated experience in developing, analysing, and presenting reports that support operational planning, strategic initiatives, and informed business decision-making across all levels of the business.
- Strong data analysis capability, with experience identifying trends, insights, and opportunities to drive operational improvements, enhance performance, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Advanced computer literacy skills, including proficiency in spreadsheet management, data analysis tools, database administration, and the development of reporting solutions.
- Demonstrated experience driving project delivery or change management for process improvement or capital projects using stage-gate/lean/six sigma or similar methodology
- Exceptional communication skills, with proven ability to build effective stakeholder relationships that can influence outcomes, negotiate solutions.
- Manual ‘C Class’ Drivers Licence as a minimum

It is 100% owned and operated by Aeris Resources and holds a significant tenement package over the Cracow goldfields.
