We are seeking an engaging, safety focused Senior Planner to lead a team accountable for safely maintaining our assets through effective preparation and delivery of maintenance planning and scheduling.
This role presents a fantastic opportunity to draw on your people leadership skills and technical knowledge. Positively develop and support your team; enabling operational, quality and budget requirements to be met, whilst driving safety excellence and positive team culture.

You will partner with operational and other key stakeholders to provide efficient maintenance planning and productivity solutions and ensuring best practice work management processes are understood and adhered to.
Reporting to the Superintendent Maintenance working in a challenging and exciting environment within the Port Hedland Maintenance Team, you will bring:
- A commitment to the safety of yourself and your team
- A current WA manual driver’s license
- Leadership experience and confidence in leading, developing, and coaching team members
- Experience and understanding of Mobile & fixed plant maintenance planning
- Experience in preparing annual budgets and costs management
- Demonstrated ability in meeting targets and bringing the team on a journey of continuous development
- Well-developed stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills
- Demonstrated complex problem-solving abilities to deliver solutions across an operation
