This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Senior Recruitment Advisor to join our high functioning, supportive team to manage a busy portfolio across the business. Working closely with hiring managers, you will be empowered to manage your work and your time on your terms, whilst ensuring deliverables are met and expectations managed.

Key Accountabilities will include:
- End-to-end recruitment including drafting and posting job advertisements, shortlisting, interviewing, conducting due diligence and offer management
- Ensuring diversity and inclusion of shortlists and placements
- Creating and maintaining talent pipelines and engaging in proactive, innovative recruitment practices
- Engaging with internal stakeholders to understand requirements and to develop positive and effective working relationships
- Liaising with the broader People team with regards to on-boarding, policy and procedure, remuneration and benefits, visa support and mobility
- Managing and championing the internal recruitment systems and processes
- Participating in and leading ad-hoc recruitment projects
- Mentoring and coaching junior team members
Desired Qualifications and Skills:
- Substantial proven experience managing a large recruitment portfolio. Experience within a Global recruitment team will be highly regarded
- An established track record of successful high-volume recruitment across technical and projects based portfolios
- The ability to build and maintain genuine working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
- Exceptional and demonstrable proactive research and resourcing abilities via LinkedIn and other platforms
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong attention to detail
- Highly organised with strong project/campaign management skills
- Previous experience using PageUp recruitment platform would be advantageous
