What your day will look like: 

• Assist in routine maintenance and servicing of heavy mining equipment, including oil and filter changes.
• Record, report, and document equipment issues, damages, and servicing activities accurately.
• Perform refuelling operations on mining equipment as directed.
• Identify and report potential hazards, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols, including the mine's SHMS, and promote a strong safety culture.
• Assist with ongoing maintenance and optimisation of Emeco’s heavy earthmoving fleet.
• Working safely and adhering to relevant HSE policy and procedures to minimise the risk of injury to yourself and others

 What we’ll need from you:

• Australian Drivers Licence
• Previous experience as a Service Person in mining/civil industry
• Standard 11 and Coal Board Medical (or willingness to obtain)

 The successful candidate will be required to undergo a pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol screening, and a current National Police Check.
