We are looking for a Service Persons & Trades Assistant to provides support to the Mobile Maintenance Team, in a safe and efficient manner. This is a great development opportunity to be a part of the Mobile Equipment Maintenance team who are responsible for executing planned maintenance activities. Working an 8/6 - 7/7 roster and reporting to the Mobile Equipment Supervisor.

Service Person responsibilities include;

  • Carry out scheduled lubrication and general maintenance on mobile plant equipment
  • Assist with repairs on heavy and light mobile equipment
  • Undertake minor repairs on heavy and light mobile plant both in both the field and workshop
  • Record machine hours and carry out lubrication and oil checks
  • Carry out servicing, breakdown, planned and scheduled maintenance to the mobile equipment fleet
  • Assist the maintenance team as required

Trade Assistant responsibilities include;

  • Daily upkeep of the Workshop
  • Provide back up support to the Service Person
  • Processing oil samples
  • Stocking and monitoring consumables
  • Assist the maintenance team as required

What you will bring

  • High Risk Forklift Licence
  • Working at Heights, EWP and Dogging tickets
  • Mechanical aptitude
