About the role
We are looking for women who have experience in mining or another heavy industry to join our mobile maintenance teams on our sites across the Pilbara. Whether you’re new to your profession or experienced in your field, and whatever industry you have exposure to, we have opportunities that will provide interesting work and growth opportunities for everyone.
You’ll be part of a friendly team, supported by your Supervisor to grow and achieve your own personal goals as well as the goals of the team. You’ll work 8 days on, 6 days off, 7 nights on, 7 nights off which will give you more time to spend on the things that are important to you and the people in your life. You can commute to site directly from Perth, Busselton, Albany, Geraldton or Broome so you can grow your career while continuing to enjoy the lifestyle you choose. If you don’t currently reside in Western Australia, we’ll provide full relocation so you can enjoy the incredible lifestyle.
You’ll stay on site for the duration of your roster with your own room equipped with TV and ensuite, the mess offers extensive menu options to suit most dietary requirements and there a wide range of activities to keep you entertained after your shift such as group gym classes, yoga and swimming pool.
Service Person responsibilities include;
- Carry out scheduled lubrication and general maintenance on mobile plant equipment
- Assist on repairs of light and heavy mobile equipment
- Undertake minor repairs on heavy and light mobile plant both in both the field and workshop
- Record machine hours and carry out lubrication and oil checks
- Carry out servicing, breakdown, planned and scheduled maintenance to the mobile equipment fleet
Trade Assistant responsibilities include;
- Daily upkeep of the Workshop
- Provide back up support to the Service Person
- Processing oil samples
- Stocking and monitoring consumables
- Assist the maintenance team as required
What you’ll bring

- C-Class Manual Driver's license
