What your day will look like:
Perform scheduled maintenance servicing, refuelling and inspections of equipment in accordance with company and site procedures
Daily servicing of mobile earthmoving equipment and ancillary plant
Maintain accurate fuel/lubricant records and machine hours on all Equipment.
Ensure maintenance servicing for equipment are carried out safely and efficiently.
Assist with ongoing maintenance and optimisation of Emeco’s heavy earthmoving fleet.
Working safely and adhering to relevant HSE policy and procedures to minimise the risk of injury to yourself and others.
Provide support to Tradesman, Heavy Diesel Technicians and Auto Electricians to ensure all maintenance and optimisation targets are met on time and within budget.
Working with Emeco customers and stakeholders to meet larger organisational objectives.
What we’ll need from you:
Must hold a valid HR drivers' licence (mandatory)
Minimum 12 months experience as a Serviceperson on a mine site (mandatory)
Detailed exposure conducting service and maintenance requirements throughout OEM suppliers, including but not limited to: CAT, Hitachi, and Liebherr.
Licence to conduct high risk work with dogging, rigging, crane and work platform classifications desirable.
The successful candidate will be required to undergo a pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol screening, and provide a current National Police Check.
