Work Location:

• Fortescue’s Solomon mine is located on the traditional lands of the Eastern Guruma and Yindjibarndi peoples.

Roster:

7D7N14R - FIFO ex Perth, Busselton or Karratha 

We are currently seeking applications from experienced Serviceperson to join the mobile maintenance team based at Solomon. As an experienced Serviceperson you will have extensive experience servicing mobile mining equipment in the workshop and active mining areas.

Key accountabilities will include:

• Servicing large mobile mining equipment
• Changing Lubricants & Filters
• Work in conjunction with all mobile maintenance teams to achieve 100% schedule compliance.
• Ensure FMG and site operations procedures and policies are followed

Education and Experience:

• HR Licence Preferable
• Experience driving in active mining in service trucks, using mine star software to navigate driving Preferable
• High regard for safety
• Ability to use initiative and work within a small team.
• Exposure to using computers specifically SAP, to enter time confirmations and defect notifications.
