ABOUT THE ROLE 

This role is a Permanent position on 42 hours, day shift / night shift roster, at our Boddington Bauxite Mine, which is located a short drive from the community of Boddington (10 minutes), Pinjarra (50 minutes) and the City of Mandurah (1 hour).

This position is a drive in drive out role with no camp facilities, however buses do run from Mandurah and Armadale.

As the Serviceperson Maintenance, you will be responsible for safely completing maintenance activities in line with approved schedules, procedures and SAP processes to support reliable mine operations.

Other key responsibilities include, but aren’t limited to: 

• Completing maintenance work orders in line with planning and work instructions
• Accurately recording work history, notifications and material use in SAP
• Contributing to fault finding, root cause insights and maintenance improvements
• Reporting hazards, events and equipment status promptly and clearly

ABOUT YOU 

You will have experience and demonstrate capability in the following: 

• Exposure to mine maintenance environments, supporting preventative maintenance activities
• Working within structured processes while maintaining care, accuracy and attention to detail
• Using maintenance systems such as SAP to manage work execution and records
• Collaborating openly with production, planning and maintenance teams
• Following safe work practices and speaking up about hazards or improvements
• Managing tasks reliably while adapting to changing site priorities

Qualifications for this position are:

• A current C class licence
• Experience using SAP for work orders and records.
• Additional licences or training (e.g. HR, forklift, EWP, rigging, working at heights or confined spaces) are advantageous.
