About the Role 

As the Shift Supervisor you will be responsible for leading underground operations. We have various sites and rosters on offer. You will have a sharp focus on safety, lead and enable your team to achieve performance targets.

Key Requirements 

• Current Underground Shift Supervisor Certificate  

• Perform the daily supervision of the working areas of the mine, in accordance with all relevant acts and regulations 

• Conduct daily work planning and toolbox meetings 

• Liaise with any contractors on site, ensuring their work is coordinated with other mining activities 

• Extensive Underground experience (10+ years in operational roles) 

• All valid and relevant qualifications, certificates and licences (RPL’s) 

• Ability to meet all site access requirements (including, but not limited to, Medical, DAS, NPC & valid Driver’s Licence)
