Shift Supervisor

Barminco are seeking applications from experienced Shift Supervisors to join our NSW operations.  

About the Role

As the Shift Supervisor you will be responsible for leading underground operations at our Lake Cowal project on a 14:14 roster. With a sharp focus on safety, you will lead and enable your team to achieve performance targets

Key Requirements:

• Current NSW Underground Shift Supervisor Certificate ;
• Perform the daily supervision of the working areas of the mine, in accordance with all relevant acts and regulations;
• Conduct daily work planning and toolbox meetings;
• Liaise with any contractors on site, ensuring their work is coordinated with other mining activities;
• Extensive Underground experience in operational roles;
• All valid and relevant qualifications, certificates and licences (RPL’s);
• Ability to meet all site access requirements (including, but not limited to, Medical, DAS, NPC & valid Driver’s Licence);
