We're on the hunt for an experienced Short Term Maintenance Planner to join our high-performing team at Burton Mine. If you're a proactive planner with a strong trade or mobile equipment background – this is your opportunity!

Your Impact:

• Develop and maintain a rolling current week plus 2 maintenance plan (labour, parts, tooling).

• Maintain asset backlog and schedule high-priority works.

• Oversee Condition Monitoring work orders and liaise with the Central Asset team.

• Run weekly and daily planning meetings with stakeholders.

• Optimise labour capacity and flag resourcing needs.

• Support breakdown response and manage warranty reporting.

• Maintain accurate CMMS records (AMT).

You’ll Bring:

• Trade background or mining equipment experience (CAT, Hitachi, Komatsu).

• Proven success in short-term maintenance planning.

• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

• Solid knowledge of CMMS (preferably AMT) and Microsoft Office.

• Drive to deliver safe, effective maintenance solutions.
