About the Role

Operate shotcrete spraying equipment underground to install ground support systems, ensuring mine development and production areas remain safe, stable, and compliant with operational and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate underground shotcrete spraying equipment safely and efficiently
• Apply shotcrete to specified thickness and quality standards in accordance with ground support designs
• Conduct pre-start inspections and routine equipment checks
• Monitor shotcrete quality, mix consistency, and application rates
• Complete pre-starts and report hazards or defects immediately
• Help teammates, share knowledge and support a strong crew culture
