The Role
Reporting to the Shift Supervisor, your key responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
The Operation
Cracow is an Underground Gold Operation located about 3 hours’ drive from Bundaberg, Rockhampton, and Hervey Bay. Employing 220 people, Cracow is forecast to produce 55,000 ounces of gold this year.
Our family-friendly DIDO/FIFO roster offers a genuine work life balance, on site there is comfortable company provided accommodation and meals, small shop, and gym. Our FIFO employees are landing on the Sunshine Coast or Brisbane before 4pm and enjoying their Queensland lifestyle! DIDO employees must be located within 4 hours drive of site for fatigue management purposes.

The Role
Reporting to the Shift Supervisor, your key responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
- Experience in all aspects of charge up, in addition experience with ANFO production charging, up and down holes will be highly regarded
- Development - lateral and decline
- Be self-motivating and have a positive attitude
- High levels of safety compliance and leadership
- Able to pass a pre-employment medical, D & A and functional test
- Able to demonstrate a strong commitment to lead and foster the development of a positive safety culture to improve standards
- Current open manual drivers' license
- Proven knowledge and experience in all aspects of Charge Up
- Hold a current BEUL licence
- Must have a minimum of 3 years' experience in underground mining.
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Be able to pass a pre-employment medical.
- Self-motivating with a positive attitude
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to lead and foster the development of a positive safety culture to improve standards
