Shutdown Coordinator
Work Location: Chichester Hub – Christmas Creek; Fortescue’s Christmas Creek mine is located on the traditional lands of the Nyiyaparli people.
Roster: 4D3R ex Perth
Reporting to the OPF Shutdown Superintendent, the Shutdown Coordinator will be responsible for delivering shutdowns safely, within duration and on budget.
Key accountabilities will include:
- Developing Shutdown plan to ensure safe execution of work
- Work with all departments to ensure correct scope
- Lead large team to safely execute work
- Ensuring quality work completed during shutdowns
- Problem solve complex challenges
- Strong focus on Safety is a must.
- A strong understanding of FMG values, procedures and processes.
Qualifications and skills required:
- Strong understanding of fixed plant maintenance processes.
- SAP experience
- Good public speaking skills
- Managing a budget
- Facilitate and present at meetings.
