Shutdown Scheduler
Work Location: Iron Bridge. Fortescue’s Iron Bridge project is located on the traditional lands of the Nyamal people.
Roster: 4D/3R FIFO ex Perth
Reporting to the Shutdown Superintendent, you will be responsible for generating and managing the shutdown schedule for all modular shutdown maintenance activities.

Key responsibilities include:
- Development of detailed MS Project Gantt charts
- Facilitate and manage the scope management process to align with the shutdown readiness milestones
- Scheduling of maintenance activities to optimise resources and duration
- Scheduling and aligning major outages and provide cost reporting for shutdown maintenance activities
- Actively collaborate with stakeholders to ensure scope of work is accurate for safe execution and achieves maximum reliability
- Execute post shutdown reporting and support close out process adhering to the work management process
- Assist in developing detailed shutdown work packs
- Drive continuous improvement across all aspects of the planning and execution activities
Qualifications and Experience:
- Demonstrated experience in fixed plant maintenance scheduling
- High level experience in SAP and MS Project is essential
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Experience with maintenance cost tracking and budgeting
- Knowledge with all aspects of fixed plant maintenance execution and strategies
- Mechanical or Electrical trade background within fixed plant is highly desirable
- Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with a range of stakeholders
- Ability to work in a dynamic work environment coupled with strong time management skills
