We are looking for a Technology Lead to support the Global Process Ownership Simplification Program to coordinate and deliver a technology roadmap to support the outcome of simplification for the Group. Reporting to the Manager Simplification Program and working in a collaborative community within the business improvement division, you will be:

  • Own the technology roadmap for GPO Simplification across the Group
  • Own the technical roadmap for the recruitment & pre-boarding simplification program and lead the development, coordination and delivery of technical initiatives
  • Define scope, objectives, and milestones in collaboration with stakeholders
  • Take ownership of agreed technical deliverables and ensure timely and successful completion
  • Take ownership of aspects of Enterprise Architecture design (e.g. personas, capabilities, process) and work across ERP, Workday, Sailpont and other key implementation initiatives to ensure that design/ consideration is aligned
  • Develop and maintain delivery plan, track progress, and manage any deviations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful integration and delivery of technical solutions
  • Identifies and helps stakeholders understand enhancement value and return on investment
  • Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of technical changes and gather feedback for further iterations and improvements

Establish a strong working relationship with the product owner to understand and align on project requirements & priorities

What you’ll bring

  • A commitment to the safety of yourself and your team
  • Understanding and experience in Enterprise Architecture, including understanding of design of architecture at a Group level to map current state and plan future state
  • Strategy driven product portfolio management 
  • Technical experience across platform components with deep integration knowledge
  • Proficient with end user computing technologies such as device provisioning, InTune
  • Beneficial to have demonstrated experience with Workday and/or Enboarder
  • Excellent collaboration, influencing and negotiation abilities
  • Experience of working with external suppliers, including outsourced providers
  • Ability to synthesise BU strategy visions to fit COC
